This cutie is called Bryony and she is from Faerie Art Song Stamps. It’s one of the many images I received from Gail from SCS Canadian Image swap. Thanks a lot Gail. The fairy is colored with Prisma pencils and blended with OMS and stumps. She has some Stickles on her wings, skirt and on the flowers to make her sparkle. I popped her up with 3D tape to create an ilusion that she is sitting on the mushroom. It’s a bit hard to capture on the picture, that’s why all the detailed images. Looks better IRL.

The papers are from K&Co Que Sera Sera collection. Then I just added some stitching, ribbon and couple of pearls and here she is :)  too!

Oh, and since I was on the go, I decorated the inside too!

When I saw this amazing fairy image from Faerie Song Art Stamps on Canadian Express Image Swap I just had to have it… she is absolutely adorable - I’m really grateful to missstampsalot for sending her to me.

The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils and blended with stumps and goo gone. I don’t have so many of them so sometimes I had to mix 2 different colors to achieve the color I was looking for. I added some Icicle Stickles on the wings and small mushrooms.

Background paper is from Basic Gray with some additional green stamping. Then just a bit of ribbon, few dew drops and the card is done.

It also fits this week’s challenge on Daring Cardmakers blog. The challenge is to use Green as the main color.

I felt like playing with my new Prismacolor pencils, stumps and Goo Gone so I colored 2 more images I got from the Mystical & Magical image swap. The fairy is a Buttercup Fairy from Stamps Happen, but I don’t know the dragon’s origins - I had 2 dragon images in the swap, but don’t remember which one is which… so it’s either Lazarus from Faerie song or Wizard’s Dragon by Abracadabra Stamp Makers. If you know which one it is, let me know ;) The background around the dragon was sponged with Riding Hood Red ink and I used various papers from the bottom of my craft box.

I just love fairies and was very happy when I won this stamp set on eBay.

The fairies are super cute. I stamped the image on watercolor paper and colored it with markers and aquapainter. Layered it with shiny pink DP (don’t remember the manufacturer) and blue CS. The background is made with Melted Crayon Background technique - it’s fun especially if you have small kids and a box full of broken crayons :) You can find the tutorial here - Melted Crayons  This one was made with various shades of blue and silver.

And one more card I made with the melted crayon background (some time ago):
