I realized I still didn’t upload my Snopals creation I made for the current Ildi Co challenge. The challenge is to be inspired by your favorite Christmas song. I have a LOT of favorite Christmas songs so it was hard to pick only one ;)

For the first creation I decided to be inspired by the song Winter Wonderland - I used Snopals Skate (x2) and decorated the jar. Papers I used are from BG Eskimo Kisses and the CS is Rich Razzleberry (it matches the Eskimo kisses pretty well). I used Mod Podge to adhere the pices to the jar - my first try - but worked pretty well.

Then I made a card inspired by Let it snow song. I used the new freebie image from Ildi Co - it’s super cute and stamps from SU Branched Out set.

The colors for this card are more traditional - Navy, white, gold and touches of red, brown and light blue. I like how  the gold tree turned out. It’s embossed with detail gold EP as are the snowflakes.

This week’s challenge on Stamptacular Sunday Challenge is Nature - create a card or some other project that reminds you of being outside, using only natural colors you’d find in the fall.

For this card I used and image I created mostly with direct to paper technique. Practically you just smear the ink pad over your cardstock ;) At first I wasn’t happy with the result, but then I started to like it - it was fun and fast.

I used various SU and Distress Inks and a tree stamp from SU Lovely as a tree set. To keep it clean and simple I just used CS for layering and a simple sentiment.

This week’s challenge on Penny Black Challenge Blog is WINTER WONDERLAND.

To create a wintery scene I embossed a piece of vellum with Snowflake Impressabilities folder and layered in on a Rich Razzleberry CS. The hedgies are colored with mix of markers and Prisma pencils. Added some white glitter under their skates to make it look like ice. For the card base I used a shimmery blue Bazzil CS - that goes great with the winter theme. Then just a couple of light blue accesories and the card is done.

The first card is for the current challenge on Basic Grey challenge blog. It’s to use glitz and bling. I use Stickles on Tilda’s wings and rhinestone in the corners. The papers are from the Basic Grey - Eskimo Kisses. collection

The second card is for a November challenge on Stamp Shoppe blog. They are getting into a Christmas mood so the challenge was to use non traditional colors for a Christmas card (no red/green combos).

I picked teal and silver as my main colors and Tilda with present. Tilda is colored with mix of Copics and Prisma pencils. I had this cool clear snowflake from my friend Shana so I covered it with glitter and used it too - I just love bling on Christmas cards ;)

Welcome to “THREE’S A CHARM” blog hop - joint blog hop of Ildi Co, Sunshine Stamps and The Stamping Boutique.  This is my first time participating in a blog hop and I’m super excited! So let’s have some fun!

If you’ve come from Erin’s blog then you’re on the right track, if not start at the beginning here: Sunshine’s Stamps .

Ildi Co is offering the whole set of Snopals to one lucky person, but it will be a mystery whose blog she’ll choose the winner from so it’s important that you comment on every blog to increase your chances of winning! Also she’s are having a buy 2 get a 3rd image free promotion all month.
Sunshine’s Stamps is giving their whole set to a mystery winner too and The Stamping Boutique is offering the Copics, so there will be several chances for people to win some great prizes for this hop!

For my first Snopals card I picked the Snopals Flower image - so cute and girly ;). Just love it.

I colored the snowlady and her flowers with Prisma pencils. I made the flowers look like poinsetias and popped them up. The layout I used is from this week Wednesday Sketch Challenge on SCS. The DP is SU Merry Moments and the sentiment is from Stampin Up too. Then just a couple of silver accents (the silver snowflake brads were originaly white ;) ) and the card is done.

For my second card I decided to use Snopals Skate and layer them in Paint.net so they look like they are racing. I love to play with digi images - make them smaller, bigger, layered them - lots of possibilities.

The skating rink is created with crystal effects with a bit of white Flower Soft around the edges. The DP is from Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses collection and the light blue cardstock with a bit of shine is Bazzil - looks perfect on wintery cards.

When you are done head on over to Tracey’s blog for more cool winter projects.

I just can’t get enough of this stamp set! I made some Halloween treat boxes for my kids’ teachers and guess what stamp set did I use to decorate it? Yes - PB Spooky. This week’s challenge on Penny Black Saturday Challenge blog is (surprise, surprise)  - HALLOWEEN - so I’m entering my creation ;)

The box is the same style as the Christmas/Advent box I made couple weeks ago - it’s actually a quarter of the Christmas box. I used Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie CS, K&Co papers and various ribbons and brads. The Fang-tastic  sentiment is probably from Magnolia (not sure)

and a detail of the image. Image was stamped on watercolor paper with Versafine and embossed with clear EP. Then I colored it with Aquapainter/markers and drew the spiderweb behind the cat.

This week’s challenge on Stampacular Challenge Blog is to create something SPOOKtacular ;) Here are 2 cards I created with my Penny Black Spooky set - love these cute cats. Can’t get enough of them so I made not one but 2 cards ;)

The first one is colored with Prisma pencils and cut out with my Nesties label. The sparkly DP is from K&Co, the card base and ribbon are Pumpkin Pie.

The backround on the second card is created with rub-ons from K&Co and the DP is from K&Co too.

This week’s challenge on House Mouse Challenge blog is set by Stacy :~ The Movies.
So we need to create a card using a movie title as an inspiration.

Now I hope nobody will get offended but every time when I look at this Mouseful of Fudge image it reminds me of Homer Simpson - you know how he always stuffs himself and has a big full belly and can barely move - I can imagine this mousie making the same gulping sound as Homer when it gobbles up all the fudge ;)

So here is my card inspired (in some  funny - twisted way) by the Simpsons ;)

The image is colored with a mix of Prisma pencils and Copics and the papers are from Basic Grey Bittersweet collection. I added some machine stitching for extra detail. The “Homer” mousie is popped up to give him more dimension. LOL!

Can you believe it’s that time again - time for another new release from Flourishes and this month it will be one of their BIGGEST releases ever. They have 6… no, it’s not a mistake - 6 new stamp sets to release. And like before every release - there is a challenge. This one is called A Season That Sparkles. So we need to capture the sparkle of the holiday season on a card.

For my card I picked a picture from the Rejoice set from Flourishes. I colored it with Prisma pencils and added some details with a silver pen. Then I paired it with 2 shades of purple Bazzill  cardstock. I love the shimmer on this paper. It’s perfect for this challenge. Then I used Stickles on angel’s wings and added a couple of rhinestones for extra sparkle. The sheer ribbon is from Flourishes too (it’s my favorite)  and the sentiment is from SU.
